The hotel was in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the bustling city center. The room was spacious, clean, and up to date, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and informative, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including delicious waffles and pancakes. Additionally, there were coffee shops and a supermarket nearby, making it convenient for all our needs.

The noise from outside could be heard in our room, disrupting our sleep at night.

Loved my stay in Bruges! The hotel had beautiful Christmas decorations and a charming outdoor courtyard with a fish pond. Plus, the location was perfect - just a short walk to the main attractions in the city. Oh, and the room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Our room at the hotel was modern, bright, and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was ideal, close to many interesting places in the downtown area. The hotel also had a lovely swimming pool and a small, charming garden. Despite a few minor issues, we had an overall enjoyable experience at this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to others.

We loved how this hotel is located right in the heart of everything! It was so easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room service was excellent and the staff were always attentive to our needs. We also enjoyed the in-room amenities such as the tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and flat-screen TV.

It is a centrally located hotel and although it looks old on the outside, it has been renovated on the inside.

There's no elevator and stairs are too steep. water was coming out of the shower because there is no curtain or screen.

Air-conditioning vent right above the headboard, we had to sleep upside down because it was so cold... Dirt also fell out of that vent...

As a couple, we loved the helpful and professional reception staff. The spacious and luxurious bathroom with an amazing bath was a highlight. The hotel's location, just a short walk from Burg square and Markt square, was ideal. The lounge/bar area provided a convivial place to relax, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable.

very spacious room, very clean, not far from the square and restaurants, I strongly recommend schaar restaurant delicious grill, one street behind, and simpler dish the belgian lion in the same street at 133. very nice and smiling staff, breakfast served by a lady suite in the covid, but coffee and other served ourselves; we have already been in this establishment 2X and we will return there without problems; parking behind the hotel, perfect; to recommend strongly;

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided us with a map of the city and marked down all the best bars, restaurants, and attractions. The location of the hotel couldn't be better - it was close to the market square and all the main attractions of the city centre. We were able to walk to everything easily. There were plenty of nice restaurants and cafes in the area as well. The hotel facilities were great, with a small but nice pool and a lovely breakfast room. The breakfast provided a fabulous selection of different foods. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the hotel was in a truly beautiful area.

The rooms are not very spacious but on the whole the service has been good.

That there was no comfortable pillow (it was cushions) and in the bathroom there was only a gel dispenser.
